Land/Site Development
Once you have chosen your lot, we get to work on performing a proper site survey and begin to clear the land, level it and move in any limestone that may be needed to prepare for the Home Build.
Complete Builds w/ Stamped & Permitted Plans
Each of our Homes have fully Stamped Plans from the San Pedro Building Building Department and are ready for faster and easier Building Permit to make the process even smoother.
Solar Power w/ Off-Grid Battery Back-Up
This is where we SHINE, we have designed each home with the proper size solar system for the electrical panel and appliance loads. we install 500watt panels to increase efficiency and utilize smart inverters with wireless monitoring.
